Our Personal Confession and Silent Prayer …

            Silent Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name.

            Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done,

                        on earth as it is in heaven.

            Give us this day our daily bread.

            And forgive us our trespasses,

                        as we forgive those who trespass against us.

            And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

            For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory,

                        for ever and ever. AMEN

Prayer of Approach:

One: Creator God, you touch our lives in a myriad of ways. You lift us

when we feel discouraged, you ground us when we feel uncertain,

you inspire us when we feel lost, and you journey with us

when we face our day to day lives. Be with us in this time of

worship, and be with us in the coming days as we move into

our days and our lives. Come to us and be with us in the most

unexpected of ways. These things we ask in your blessed

and holy name. AMEN.
